The Sageglen Community was formed in 1975 and now includes Green Tee Terrace Sections 6 and 8, Estates of Green Tee Section 1 and Meadows of Clear Creek. The Community has grown to include 1456 single family homes in the last 46 years. We are located in southeast Harris County, Texas.
