ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FEE
Your Annual Assessment pays for all area street lights, maintenance of our common areas and esplanades, the upkeep of your recreational facilities and professional fees.
2025 HOA Assessments:
Your 2025 HOA Assessments were mailed the first week of January 2025, and are due by February 14, 2025. A $31.10 interest fee plus a $5.00 monthly administrative fee will be assessed if payment is not received in our office by February 15, 2025. Late fees and interest are added to accounts with unpaid balances. Monthly administrative fee is assessed on all past due accounts until paid in full.
If you still have not yet received your 2025 HOA Assessment in the mail, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will gladly upon request reissue a copy by mail, e-mail or a provide a printed copy in person .
REMINDER: If you have still not made your "2024 HOA Payment " we ask that you please take care of this asap to bring your dues current and to avoid further monthly late fees assessed.

SAGEGLEN TENNIS COURT
The Sageglen tennis court keys are available to all residents of;
Sageglen Community Assocication with proof of residency and a $15.00 cash deposit.
Keys are issued Monday thru Friday from 9: 00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the Sageglen office.
Driver's License or ID are required
One key issued per household
Note:You must be a resident of Sageglen and your assessment fees must be paid up to date.
Residents and their guest must agree to abide by posted rules. Pickle Ball is not allowed on the tennis courts.
DID YOU KNOW......
Sageglen has a new accounting system called ManageCasa. This system allows you to update your information, check on your account status and there will be bigger things to come. If you have not received your "invitation" to join, then contact the office with your email information and we will get the invitation out to you promptly.
We also have a community room that you can rent for gatherings of 50 people or less. The rental rate is $250.00, with a security deposit of $100.00 (returned after the event so long as the building is returned as you received it) and you have use of the kitchen for clean up and light food prep. Dates go fast, so give us a call soon to plan your event!

Reminder: You have to have a Pool Pass with Photo and a current sticker, to be allowed to enter the pool. We will begin issuing POOL PHOTO ID PASSES on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
You can pick up your annual stickers or get ID Passes Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.

You must be a resident of Sageglen and your Assessment Fees must be "Paid up to date"
Driver's License reflecting your Sageglen property address required
Children 3 yrs and older need a pool ID
Guests are allowed entrance with resident pool pass
Swimming Pool Registration Form can be found under the Guidelines_Documents tab on our website. We also have forms in the office.
Be sure to have your registration form filled out and your Sageglen Photo ID updated for this year.
REPLACEMENT of lost cards will be replaced at a cost of $10.00 .

Tuesday- Sunday 6:30 - 7 Pm - Adult Swim
"SEPTEMBER will be WEEKEND" hours only:
Saturdays - Noon until 9 p.m.
Sundays - 1 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Monday - Sept. 01 Labor Day open Noon until 9 p.m.
Note: Above Pool Schedulewill be in effect until Aug 15, 2025. Thereafter will change to only "WEEKENDS" starting in September up until Sept. 28th will be the last day open for 2025 until next summer.
