ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FEE
Your Annual Assessment pays for all area street lights, maintenance of our common areas and esplanades, the upkeep of your recreational facilities and professional fees.
2026 HOA Assessments:
Your 2026 HOA Assessments were mailed the third week of December 2025, and are due by February 15, 2026. A $32.10 interest fee plus a $10.00 monthly administrative fee will be assessed if payment is not received in our office by February 15, 2026. Late fees and interest are added to accounts with unpaid balances. Monthly administrative fee is assessed on all past due accounts until paid in full.
If you still have not yet received your 2026 HOA Assessment in the mail, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will gladly upon request reissue a copy by mail, e-mail or a provide a printed copy in person .
REMINDER: If you have still not made your "2025 HOA Payment " we ask that you please take care of this asap to bring your dues current and to avoid further monthly late fees assessed. Anyone that is 2 years in arrears as of January 17, 2026, is at risk of being sent to the attorney. Once at the attorney, we are unable to discuss your account with you. The fees stack up very quickly, so be sure your account is paid.

SAGEGLEN TENNIS COURT
The Sageglen tennis court keys are available to all homeowners of;
Sageglen Community Assocication with a $15.00 cash deposit.
Keys are issued Tuesday thru Friday from 9: 00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the Sageglen office.
Driver's License or ID are required
One key issued per household
Note:You must be a homeowner in Sageglen and your assessment fees must be paid up to date.
Residents and their guest must agree to abide by posted rules. Pickle Ball is not allowed on the tennis courts.
DID YOU KNOW......
We have a community room that you can rent for gatherings of 50 people or less. The rental rate is $250.00, with a security deposit of $100.00 (returned after the event so long as the building is returned as you received it) and you have use of the kitchen for clean up and light food prep. Dates go fast, so give us a call soon to plan your event!

Reminder: You have to have a Pool Pass to be allowed to enter the pool. There is a new Pool Pass system for 2026. If your 2026 dues are paid you can pick your Pool Pass up any time.
You can pick up your annual stickers or get Passes Tuesday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.
You must be a home owner of Sageglen and your Assessment Fees must be "Paid up to date"
Driver's License required
Each homes gets two (2) passes, they can be used by anyone you please. More than one person can gain entry on one pass
Renters must obtain the pool pass from the homeowner.
REPLACEMENT of lost or stolen cards will be replaced at a cost of $30.00 . Broken cards (bring us the pieces) we will replace for free.

Saturdays - Noon until 9 p.m.
Sundays - 1 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Monday - Sept. 01 Labor Day open Noon until 9 p.m.
Note: Above Pool Schedulewill be in effect until Aug 14, 2026. Thereafter will change to only "WEEKENDS" starting in September up until Sept. 27th will be the last day open for 2026 until next summer.
